Hi, I’m Cindy!

God made clear, very early in my life that my gift was helping people. From an early age, I have found myself drawn to those with special needs.

I created my home-style work settings to offer alternatives to cold, clinical settings — and quickly saw how a calm and welcoming environment positively impacts clients and families. Located at Rustic Way Ranch in Melissa, Texas and at my home clinic at Triple Creek Ranch in Blue Ridge, clients can experience beautiful country life and even a certified wildlife habitat. Our spaces are designed to help clients feel relaxed, supported, and at ease before, during, and after each session.

My background includes decades of experience in neurological rehabilitation, traumatic brain injury care, and equine-assisted services. As a Certified Brain Injury Specialist, I witnessed firsthand how the brain can change and heal. Through advanced mentorship and specialized training, I use proven, science-backed modalities to activate underutilized areas of the brain and support individuals with cognitive, physical, and sensory challenges.

I have been working with Cindy Long from Brain Building Solutions for just over a week. I just have to share what has happened in such a short period of time. I have a lot of trauma from childhood and stress from life and work. I recently retired and found myself very emotionally dysregulated. I was referred to Cindy by a dear friend. I wasn't sleeping and I was so anxious. Within a week, I slept all night. I was out at a meeting and a friend said “you look different.” Then, she said: "You are very bright and clear." I have been doing the home program and I know that has made the difference. I am calmer, sleeping and evidently "bright and clear."
